Vatech
Vatech is a global X-ray imaging company which develops new technologies using rich R&D infrastructure. The only manufacturer that designs and produces all essential parts of the dental imaging system, including software.
The Brief and What We Did
To design and build an exhibition stand for Vatech at the British Dental Conference & Dentistry Show, creating a strong visual presence that would showcase the company's innovative dental imaging technology and encourage engagement with visitors.
As a global leader in dental X-ray systems, Vatech required a stand that reflected the quality and innovation of its products while providing dedicated areas for product demonstrations and discussions with delegates. The stand needed to accommodate a range of specialist equipment, including handheld and wall-mounted X-ray systems, while maintaining an open and welcoming feel.
The result was a modern, highly functional exhibition stand that successfully showcased Vatech's market-leading dental imaging technology while creating an inviting environment for demonstrations, conversations and visitor engagement.
What Made This Stand Work
One stand. Multiple brands. And plenty to bring together.
Open L Shaped Space
The stand was designed as an open L-shaped space, maximising visibility from multiple directions and encouraging visitors to explore Vatech's technology. An overhead canopy structure helped to define the space and create a strong presence within the exhibition hall.
Brand Experience
To further enhance visibility, we incorporated a 4m x 1m video wall, providing a dynamic platform for showcasing product information, imagery and brand messaging. LED lighting was integrated throughout the stand, including within the canopy and around the floor perimeter, creating a premium finish.
Bespoke Features
A bespoke display table was designed specifically for Vatech's handheld dental X-ray machines, allowing visitors to interact with the products in a practical and engaging way. We also supplied two purpose-built circular plinths to support specialist X-ray machines, each weighing approximately 250kg, alongside a wall-mounted X-ray system display.
What This Stand Achieved
One pavilion, multiple exhibitors and a space designed to put Italian horticulture firmly on the show floor.
